Dela Safaris shall submit a quotation within 3 days of receiving an enquiry.
Quotes shall be valid for a period of 14 days from the date of submission.
Reservations shall be confirmed via email with a booking confirmation letter and invoice, upon receipt of a 50% deposit, or as stipulated in the quotation. For longer safaris (15 days or more), the deposit amount may be adjusted by mutual agreement between Dela Safaris CC and the agent/guest.
The balance of the quotation is payable 30 days prior to the reservation date, or as stipulated in the quotation.
Refunds:
The full deposit shall be refunded if Dela Safaris cancels the reservation.
The full deposit, less any unrecoverable costs incurred, shall be refunded for cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the reservation date.
50% of the deposit, less any unrecoverable costs incurred, shall be refunded for cancellations made between 90 and 60 days prior to the reservation date.
25% of the deposit, less any unrecoverable costs incurred, shall be refunded for cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to the reservation date.
No deposits are refundable for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the reservation date.
Dela Safaris guides reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule activities due to environmental or safety considerations.
Any guest who, after an initial warning, continues to present a safety risk to Dela Safaris personnel or other guests may be asked to leave the tour without expectation of compensation.
Any guest who, after an initial warning, continues to act unreasonably and negatively affects the ambience of the tour for other guests may be asked to leave the facilities without expectation of compensation.
All guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the parks and game reserves in which Dela Safaris operates.
Please note that all bookings in major parks such as Kruger, Chobe, Savuti, and Moremi are subject to availability during the booking communication timeframe between Dela Safaris and guests.
